About Our Approach

We built this business on the principle that technical reliability should never be an afterthought.

How We Started

After years of witnessing preventable technical failures at major events, we decided to approach equipment rental differently. Rather than maximizing utilization, we prioritize equipment condition and preparation time.

Every projector in our inventory undergoes a multi-point inspection after each rental. Lens cleanliness, lamp hours, cooling system performance, and color calibration are verified before the unit becomes available again.

This approach costs us in terms of turnaround efficiency, but it eliminates the failures that damage reputations and derail events.

Our Team Structure

We operate with a technical crew that averages eight years of field experience. Most came from event production backgrounds rather than traditional rental operations.

This means they understand what happens when equipment fails during a live event, and that knowledge shapes how we prepare and support each rental.

Our dispatch system prioritizes same-day availability for emergency replacements. If a unit fails during your event, we mobilize a replacement immediately, not the next business day.

Equipment Philosophy

We maintain three categories of projection equipment, each selected for specific use cases rather than market trends.

Business-grade units handle standard presentations and smaller venues. These are replaced on a two-year cycle regardless of condition, ensuring clients always receive current technology with full manufacturer support.

Venue-scale projectors serve large-format events where brightness and throw distance matter more than portability. These units undergo more frequent maintenance intervals and carry redundant components for critical applications.

Specialized systems, including projection mapping rigs and interactive displays, require both technical expertise and creative understanding. We only rent these with consultation or supervised installation to ensure proper implementation.

Quality Assurance Process

Before any equipment leaves our facility, it completes a checkout procedure that includes signal testing across multiple input types, brightness measurement, and mechanical function verification.

We include all necessary cables, adapters, and mounting hardware as standard. There are no surprise compatibility issues or missing components discovered during setup.

Clients receive a pre-rental briefing document specific to their equipment, including setup instructions, troubleshooting steps, and our emergency support contact information.

Geographic Coverage

We operate from a single location in Greater London with delivery coverage extending throughout the United Kingdom. Equipment deliveries within London typically occur the same day or next morning.

For installations outside the metropolitan area, we coordinate transport through vetted carriers who understand the fragility and value of projection equipment. Larger venue systems include supervised delivery and installation support.

International rentals are evaluated case-by-case, particularly for multi-day events where return shipping complexities might impact availability for other clients.
